Wave (2008) by Suzy Lee.
Time for the beach! And time for this book. Suzy Lee’s cornered the market on wordless books featuring Asian girls (ha!). But seriously, this book and the two that follow are really fun because no one needs to read it to your child. They can just pick it up and create their own story. The illustrations are full of energy and the wonder of being a kid.
